At WARDOW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into your customer account or use the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact, and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the package.
